Julius Horvath is a licensed architect with the Ontario Association of Architects, with over 25 years of experience, having worked with various Architectural firms in Ontario since 1987. In 2012, he started his own practise, providing full architectural services for projects from preliminary planning through to completion of construction drawings and project close out to meet budget and quality expectations for various clientele. Julius has worked both on the consultant side and client side, having been involved with retail commercial, corporate, industrial, government, residential and multi-unit residential projects, having a clear understanding of both the consultant and client side.
We offer full architectural services required for all project types from preliminary planning through to completion of construction drawings and project close out. This would include schematic design, kick off meetings, site documentation, budget estimate of construction, design development, specifications, permit, tender, construction drawings, various approvals (i.e. Site Plan Approval, building permit, conservation authority etc.), payment certification, site visits, substantial and final walk throughs. Services also involve full coordination of all sub-consultants, including product suppliers consulted with during the design phase of the project. Depending on the project size, Julius has work solely on a project or in consortium with others to assist with larger projects.
Julius Horvath Architect operates as part of a consortium with an Engineering Firm, having been in business for over 15 years. Together, we off full in-house Architectural, Structural and Interior Design services to a broad range of public and private sector client. Projects include private custom homes, multi-unit residential, commercial retail, government and large corporate office.
